Assisted Days Out & Short Breaks
We provide community based group activities, fun supported evenings out, short break holidays, emergency 1-2-1 and post school/college support.
Supporting groups of adults over 18 who have learning disabilities, Autism, mental health, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, partially sighted and anyone at risk of social isolation, enabling them to access the community. Supporting them and keeping them safe while enjoying day to day activities.
How Assisted Days Out Helps
We have been supporting adults with disabilities for the last 3 years around Bolton, Bury, Wigan, Salford, Chorley, Blackburn and Lancashire.

Assisted Days Out Mission
We care about people and their well being, we care about people becoming isolated due to a disability. We are aware that once you leave children’s services, there’s not much out there for you to do, and you lose touch with the friends you made in services growing up. We want to change that with you, we will help support you and your families to make a change.
It’s our mission to help you to have opportunities, set goals, to make friends and find new interests. Help you get the best from your days that you possibly can, making friends is the best antidote anyone can hope for and doing the things you like and possibly only ever wished for.
Our activities are person centred, we will listen to you, find out what you like, offer appropriate activities that we will provide in a safe environment. You can relax enjoy and have fun. We can assist with social and life skills. Our mission is to provide you with the tools you need to move on and so in the future you can hopefully do it for yourself.
